Job summary

Sunny Days Early Childhood Developmental Services Inc. seeks licensed occupational therapists to provide home-based early intervention for infants and toddlers in California. You will assess development, use the Parent Coaching Model, and support families in natural environments.

Create flexible schedules, choose locations, and participate in bonus and benefit programs; bilingual Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• California OT license required.
• Pediatric experience in Early Intervention preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide occupational therapy services using the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow each child’s IFSP and help families develop strategies to reach developmental goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and ensure progress generalization.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment: home, daycare, and community settings.
• Prepare re-assessments and progress reports bi-annual.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA/state/federal regulations.
