Job summary

Ennoble Care is a home-based primary care, palliative care, and hospice provider serving patients in the Washington, DC area. The Advanced Provider will deliver high-quality care to homebound patients, applying medical techniques under physician supervision to manage chronic disease with a patient-centered approach.

Board-certified NP or PA in DC with 1–2 years of geriatric primary care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Board Certified NP or PA in Washington, DC.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients; hospice experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality primary and palliative care in home settings around Washington, DC.
• Assess patient health, obtain histories, and develop care plans.
• Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations.
