Job summary

Ennoble Care in Washington, DC, seeks an experienced Advanced Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary and palliative care to homebound patients on a full-time basis. You will work under physician supervision, applying medical techniques to a diverse patient panel with chronic diseases.

The role offers a flexible schedule, autonomy, and support from an in-house clinical team, with compensation in the $120,000–$150,000 range plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP or PA with DC license
• 1–2 years primary care with geriatrics
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve
• Strong communication with patients and families

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and palliative care to homebound patients in the DC area
• Perform physical exams, develop care plans and document histories
• Order diagnostic tests and prescribe medications as needed
• Coordinate with office staff and clinical operations across platforms
