The ideal candidate will hold NP licensure in the practicing state, with DEA eligibility, CPR/BLS certification, and board certification.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP in the state where HarmonyCares Medical Group operates.
• DEA license/eligibility required.
• Geriatrics training/experience preferred.
• Active CPR/BLS certification required.
• Board Certification in nursing or related field.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to high acuity patients in their home.
• Practice medicine with focus on patient care, not volume.
• Take time to address patient needs and coordinate care with the team.
