Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver individualized, evidence-based care in patients' homes and communities in Irvine, California. Qualifications

• Minimum of bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from a college or university with accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the practicing state.
• Current Basic Life Support/CPR certification as per state regulations.
• At least 1 year of work experience as a physical therapist preferred.
• Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and attend staffings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations with home and community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to optimize patient outcomes.
