Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a PT to deliver functional rehabilitation in home, school, work, and community settings across Riverside/Redlands, California.

The role emphasizes autonomous practice within a collaborative team, offering a flexible schedule, hourly pay, travel reimbursement, and opportunities for growth and advancement in full-time or per diem positions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the practicing state.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum one year of physical therapy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological injuries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and attend staffing/family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the care team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to optimize patient outcomes.
