Job summary

Quad Recruitment is seeking a Sales Director for the Orange County, CA territory in a home-based role with travel. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in healthcare sales, with infusion or IVIG experience and existing physician networks in OC. You will develop strategic plans, drive referrals, and collaborate with providers and payers to grow revenue.

The position offers autonomy, strong performance rewards, and long-term career progression within a rapidly expanding infusion provider.

Qualifications

3+ years of healthcare sales experience.
Strong experience within infusion, specialty pharmacy, or IVIG sales.
Existing relationships with physicians and referral sources within Orange County
Experience selling into oncology, hematology, gastroenterology, or rheumatology practices is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently.
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Grow referrals by developing strategic relationships with physicians and healthcare providers across the territory.
Develop and execute strategic territory growth plans.
Build and maintain relationships with high-volume referring physicians.
Generate referrals for infusion therapies and IVIG services.
Educate providers and office staff on available treatment solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
Partner with pharmaceutical reps, health plans, and healthcare systems.
Track territory performance and exceed sales targets.
