Volvo Car Financial Services seeks a Finance Market Manager for the Great Lakes market. This homebased role covers Ohio, Michigan, Indiana and Western Pennsylvania, with a company vehicle and travel three to four days per week. You will lead retailers, plan market strategies, and drive CX and profitability across the market.

The role requires 3–5 years of automotive F&I/retail experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong data/BI skills. Travel and in-market meetings are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with track record of developing others.
• Results-driven with ability to meet market targets and analyze data.
• Proficient in MS Office; skilled in data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with F&I and retail sales in automotive is required.
• Familiarity with Dealertrack and RouteOne platforms for credit apps and digital contracting.

Aufgaben

• Achieve market targets for new retail, lease, CPO and pre-owned Volvo products on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Provide leadership to retailers and coordinate with regional teams.
• Plan and participate in market planning sessions on sales, incentives, and financials.
• Develop improvement plans with retailers and align with VCFS objectives.
• Manage market activities, meetings, and CX initiatives to improve retailer satisfaction.
