Job summary

Volvo Car Financial Services (VCFS) Great Lakes Market Manager represents VCFS by building loyal retailer relationships across Ohio, Michigan, Indiana and Western Pennsylvania. You will drive sales targets for new retail, new lease, CPO, and pre-owned volumes while coordinating with regional teams to align incentives and messaging.

The role includes in-market travel three-four days per week and a Volvo company vehicle, with compensation determined by experience and market guidelines.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success coaching and developing others.
• Ability to analyze data to identify opportunities and successes.
• Proficiency with MS Office and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong retailer relationships in the Great Lakes market (OH, MI, IN, Western PA).
• Meet market targets for new retail, new lease, and pre-owned volumes.
• Coordinate with regional sales/marketing and dealer teams to deliver consistent messaging.
