Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking an AI Architect to lead a small team of AI Engineers and drive production-ready AI solutions across K12 and enterprise contexts. You will design end-to-end ML pipelines, leverage AWS/Azure, and apply DevOps/MLOps practices to deliver impactful AI products.

The role requires strong leadership, governance awareness, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions while mentoring teammates and collaborating with product, IT, and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Math, Physics, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience designing and deploying ML models, especially NLP and recommender systems.
• Proficiency with AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Drives conception, prototyping, and deployment of ML models across product lines.
• Leverages cloud ecosystems and IaC for scalable AI systems.
• Mentors 1-3 AI Engineers and guides coding best practices.
