Job summary

Paylocity seeks a professional Home-Based Education Specialist to plan early learning experiences for prenatal through age 5 families in the Head Start program. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide one home visit per week for at least 1 ½ hours and schedule visits year-round.
• Plan home visits with parents using ongoing assessments to individualize learning.
• Promote a developmentally appropriate, language-rich home learning environment.
• Support dual language learners and facilitate parent participation in visits and activities.
• Collaborate with families to set goals and connect to community resources.
