• Experience working effectively in a multicultural setting with English-speaking families.
• Experience working with young children.

Responsibilities

• Provide year-round home visits for enrolled families of children aged 16 months-4 years, following program guidelines.
• Conduct 2x weekly 30-minute home visits to model language development activities.
• Deliver books and toys to build home libraries for each family.
• Participate in recruitment to enroll additional families.
• Offer services during hours convenient for parents and children.
• Model behaviors that support child development and school readiness.
• Attend trainings and meet program outcomes with site staff.
• Coordinate delivery of services with other staff and document progress.
