Abound Health is seeking compassionate Home-Based Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with I/DD in Aaronsburg, PA. This role is based in clients’ homes and communities, offering meaningful, flexible hours and the potential for full-time or part-time schedules.

You will provide one-on-one support, help with daily living tasks, document progress, and participate in training. A valid driver’s license and reliable transport are required.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in supporting individuals with I/DD
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Valid driver’s license and active car insurance
• Ability to pass background checks
• Physical ability to assist with lifting or transfers if needed

Responsabilités

• Provide one-to-one support in clients’ homes and communities
• Support behavioral, social, and vocational skill development
• Assist with recreational and community activities
• Follow treatment plans and document progress
• Provide companionship and respite care
• Submit documentation and payroll on time
• Participate in ongoing training
• Work independently in home and community settings
