Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Background checks required and able to pass.
• Valid driver’s license and active car insurance.
• Willingness to complete training and work in clients’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support in clients’ homes and communities.
• Assist with skill development and activities.
• Follow treatment plans and document progress.
• Provide companionship and respite care.
• Submit payroll and documentation on time.
• Participate in ongoing training.
• Assist with personal care needs as required.
• Work independently in home and community settings.
