Abound Health is hiring compassionate Home-Based Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with I/DD in Aaronsburg, PA. The role is home-based with full-time and part-time hours available, offering a $1,000 signing bonus and a pay range of $17.00–$25.00 per hour.

You will provide one-on-one support in clients’ homes and communities, helping individuals live safely, independently, and with dignity. Training is provided, and weekly pay is offered.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and active car insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Physical ability to assist with lifting or transfers.
• One year caregiving experience preferred (training provided).

Abound Health is hiring compassionate, reliable Home-Based Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in Aaronsburg, PA.

Full-time and part-time hours available.

About the Role

As a DSP, you will provide one-on-one support in clients’ homes and communities. Your work helps individuals live safely, independently, and with dignity. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, dependable, and passionate about helping others.

Key Responsibilities

• Support behavioral, social, and vocational skill development
• Assist with recreational and community activities
• Follow treatment plans and document progress
• Provide companionship and respite care
• Submit documentation and payroll on time
• Participate in ongoing training
• Assist with personal care needs as required
• Work independently in home and community settings

What We’re Looking For

• Genuine interest in supporting individuals with I/DD

• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying personal-care and behavioral-support needs
• At least 18 years old

Compensation

• $17.00–$25.00 per hour
• $1,000 signing bonus for qualified candidates

Schedule
