You will work full-time or part-time, with a $1,000 signing bonus and pay rates of $17.00–$25.00 per hour. The role emphasizes independence, dignity, and meaningful daily activities while receiving benefits based on hours worked.

Qualifications

• One year of caregiving experience preferred (not required — training provided).
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Support behavioral, social, and vocational skill development.
• Assist with recreational and community activities.
• Follow treatment plans and document progress.
• Provide companionship and respite care.
• Submit documentation and payroll on time.
• Participate in ongoing training.
• Assist with personal care needs as required.
