Abound Health is hiring compassionate Home Based Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with IDD in Lebanon County PA. Full-time and part-time hours are available, with a $1000 signing bonus for qualified candidates.

You will provide one-on-one support in clients' homes and communities, help with daily living tasks, accompany clients to activities, and document progress. A valid driver's license, ability to pass background checks, and reliable transportation are

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass background checks.
• Valid driver's license and active car insurance.
• Ability to lift or transfer as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Support behavioral, social, and vocational skill development.
• Assist with recreational and community activities.
• Follow treatment plans and document progress.
