Abound Health in Lebanon County, PA is hiring Home-Based Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one support in clients' homes and communities. This role helps individuals live safely, independently, and with dignity.

Full-time and part-time hours are available, with compensation of $17.00-$25.00 per hour and a $1,000 signing bonus for qualified candidates. Training is provided; applicants must be 18+, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in supporting individuals with I/DD.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Valid driver’s license and active car insurance.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying personal-care and behavioral-support needs.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Physical ability to assist with lifting or transfers if needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one support in clients’ homes and communities.
• Support development of behavioral, social, and vocational skills.
• Assist with recreational and community activities.
• Follow treatment plans and document progress.
• Provide companionship and respite care.
• Submit documentation and payroll on time.
• Participate in ongoing training.
• Work independently in home and community settings.
