Job summary

Abound Health is hiring Home-Based Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with I/DD in Lebanon County, PA. This role offers meaningful, one-on-one assistance in clients' homes and communities, with flexible hours and a $1,000 signing bonus.

Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $25.00 per hour, with weekly pay and benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, and 401(k) based on hours worked. A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass background checks.
• 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support in clients’ homes and communities.
• Monitor and document client progress.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support behavioral, social, and vocational skill development.
• Follow care plans and coordinate with family and supervisors.
