Job summary

Abound Health is seeking Home-Based Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Lebanon County, PA to provide one-on-one support in clients homes and communities. This role helps individuals live safely and independently, with dignity, and offers flexible hours across morning, afternoon, or evening shifts.

We offer a $1,000 signing bonus and $17.00-$25.00 per hour. Prior caregiving experience is preferred but training is provided. Weekly pay and benefits based on hours worked are available.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in supporting individuals with I/DD.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Valid driverss license and active car insurance.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying personal-care and behavioral-support needs.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Physical ability to assist with lifting or transfers if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support in clients homes and communities.
• Support behavioral, social, and vocational skill development.
• Assist with recreational and community activities.
• Follow treatment plans and document progress.
• Provide companionship and respite care.
• Submit documentation and payroll on time.
• Participate in ongoing training.
• Assist with personal care needs as required.
