Job summary

Abound Health is hiring Home-Based Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Lebanon County, PA. You will provide one-on-one support in clients’ homes and communities, helping them live safely and with dignity.

This role is full-time or part-time with various hours, offering a $17.00-$25.00 per hour wage and a $1,000 signing bonus for qualified candidates. Weekly pay and paid onboarding are included.

Qualifications

• Caring, patient approach to I/DD individuals.
• Willing to pass background checks and obtain required clearances.
• Ability to lift or transfer as needed (physically able).

Responsibilities

• Support behavioral, social, and vocational skill development
• Assist with recreational and community activities
• Follow treatment plans and document progress
• Provide companionship and respite care
• Submit documentation and payroll on time
• Participate in ongoing training
• Assist with personal care needs as required
• Work independently in home and community settings
