Abound Health is hiring Home-Based Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with I/DD in Honesdale, PA and surrounding areas. This role offers full-time and part-time hours, a $1,000 signing bonus, and the opportunity to provide meaningful, compassionate care in clients' homes and communities.

As a DSP, you will work one-on-one with clients, support skill development, and assist with daily activities.

Formación

• Genuine interest in supporting individuals with I/DD and one-year caregiving preferred.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Valid driver’s license with active car insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one support in clients’ homes and communities.
• Assist with behavioral, social, and vocational skill development.
• Follow treatment plans and document progress.
• Provide companionship and respite care.
• Submit documentation and payroll on time.
• Participate in ongoing training.
• Assist with personal care needs as required.
• Work independently in home and community settings.
