Job summary

Abound Health is seeking a compassionate Home-Based Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support a woman living independently in Sellersville, PA. This part-time role offers growth into full-time hours, with compensation $17.00–$25.00 per hour and weekly pay.

Responsibilities include skill-building, household tasks, and community-based routines while maintaining independence. Ideal candidates are patient, dependable, and able to teach independence.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in supporting individuals with I/DD.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Valid driver’s license and active car insurance.
• Age 18 or older; high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Physical ability to assist with light tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support in home and community.
• Assist with daily living skill development and housekeeping tasks.
• Support cooking, meal prep, laundry, cleaning, and organization.
• Encourage independence and confidence in routines.
• Follow support plans and document progress; provide companionship.
