Job summary

Abound Health is seeking a compassionate Home-Based Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Nazareth, PA. This full-time role provides one-on-one support in the home and community to help an individual build independence and daily living skills.

The DSP will assist with meals, budgeting, transportation, and employment readiness, following care plans and documenting progress. Compensation starts at $19.50 per hour with a $1,000 signing bonus; benefits are available based on hours worked.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and active car insurance.
