Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a compassionate, licensed COTA to provide skilled occupational therapy services in patients' homes. Join our team and help older adults maintain their independence, improve their quality of life, and remain safely in their homes through exceptional geriatric care.

This PRN role offers schedule flexibility, a home-based setting, competitive compensation, and clinical autonomy with collaborative support as part of a dedicated care team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Active Florida COTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compassionate approach to geriatric care.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the plan of care.
• Improve patients' functional independence and safety.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Recommend equipment and adaptive devices as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home safety and independence.
