Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed COTA to deliver skilled occupational therapy services in patients' homes in Hudson, FL. This PRN role supports older adults to maintain independence and safety with compassionate geriatric care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active Florida COTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the established plan of care.
• Implement interventions to improve functional independence and safety.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Recommend/adapt equipment and devices as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home safety and independence.
