Sobe Innovative Rehab in Vero Beach, FL seeks a licensed COTA to provide skilled occupational therapy in patients' homes on a PRN basis. You’ll help older adults maintain independence and remain safely in their homes with geriatric-focused care.

Competenze

• Associate degree from an accredited OTA program.
• Active Florida COTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compassionate approach to geriatric patients.

Mansioni

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the established plan of care.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional independence and safety.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Recommend and/or provide appropriate treatment equipment and adaptive devices as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to support independence and safety at home.
