Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a compassionate licensed COTA to deliver skilled occupational therapy in patients' homes in Coral Springs, FL. This PRN role focuses on geriatric care and helping clients stay independent at home.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active Florida COTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the established plan of care.
• Implement interventions to improve functional independence and safety.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Recommend and/or provide appropriate treatment equipment and adaptive devices as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to support independence and safety at home.
