Job summary

Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Active Florida COTA license.
- Two years of clinical experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Compassionate approach to working with geriatric patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the established plan of care.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional independence and safety.
- Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to support independence and safety at home.
