Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed COTA to provide skilled occupational therapy services in patients' homes in Clearwater, FL on a PRN basis. The role focuses on helping older adults maintain independence and safety through personalized geriatric care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active Florida COTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compassionate approach to working with geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the established plan of care.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional independence and safety.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to support independence and safety at home.
