Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed COTA to provide skilled occupational therapy services in patients' homes in Lighthouse Point, FL. This PRN role supports geriatric patients to maintain independence and safety in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited OTA program.
• Active Florida COTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compassionate approach to geriatric patients.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled OT treatments under the established plan of care.
• Implement interventions to improve functional independence and safety.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Recommend and/or provide adaptive devices and equipment as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on independence and home safety strategies.
