Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed COTA to provide skilled occupational therapy services in patients' homes in Tarpon Springs, FL. This PRN role supports geriatric patients to maintain independence and safety, with flexible assignments and a competitive compensation package.

The successful candidate will have an OTA degree, Florida COTA license, and strong communication skills to collaborate with physicians and families. Prior geriatric experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in OT/OTA program completed.
• Active Florida COTA license required.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compassionate approach to geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the established plan of care.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve independence and safety.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Recommend equipment and adaptive devices as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home safety and independence.
