Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed COTA to provide skilled occupational therapy services in patients' homes in Haines City, FL. Start ASAP with flexible PRN assignments and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Active Florida COTA license.
• Associate degree from an accredited OT A program.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the established plan of care.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional independence and safety.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Recommend and/or provide appropriate treatment equipment and adaptive devices as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to support independence and safety at home.
