Firefly Children and Family Alliance is hiring a part-time Home-based Case Manager in Muncie, Indiana. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license and insurance with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Coach collaboratively – maintaining a balance between teaching and serving.
• Create plans, including goals, for each youth/family.
• Determine 'crisis' situations and assess client needs.
