Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team in New Jersey. You will provide 1-on-1 treatment in home settings, working alongside BCBAs to implement plans for children ages 2-15, with data collection and family training responsibilities.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday 3pm–7pm, with some weekends. We offer flexible part-time/evening hours, paid training, and a supportive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written communication skills with ability to follow instructions.
• Creative, engaging ideas to work with clients.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plan and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and applicable parties.
• Physically accompany clients during sessions (various movements and activities).
• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
• Typcial schedule Monday-Friday 3pm-7pm, some weekends.
