Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join a home-based, client-focused team. You will work 1-1 with children, implementing BCBA-designed behavioral plans and collecting progress data. Training is provided, and successful BTs will support families directly in their homes.

This role offers flexible part-time hours, evening/afternoon shifts, and competitive pay. Prior experience with ASD or developmental delays is preferred, with the ability to commute to assigned locations across

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children or behavioral challenges preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and policies.
• Strong communication and ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA with training families on plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Physically engage with children 2–15 years old during sessions.
• Adhere to fixed schedule Monday–Friday 3pm–7pm, with some weekends.
