Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our team, providing in-home, one-on-one ABA services to children ages 2-15 under supervision by BCBA/LBA. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and support families in a fast-paced home environment.

Flexible part-time evening and afternoon hours are available; training is provided. The role offers competitive pay ($20-$30/hour), growth opportunities, and a supportive, team-oriented setting across New Jersey.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children or behavioral challenges preferred.
• Reliable transportation to multiple home sites.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home under BCBA guidance.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support families in implementing treatment plans.
• Communicate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Assist with daily session activities and safety as children are engaged.
