Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Media, PA is seeking a BCBA to join a growing and successful team. We offer competitive pay, flexibility, and a full-time or part-time schedule.

As a BCBA you will supervise BTs/RBTs, review session data with families, and modify treatment plans accordingly. The role includes administrative support, a small caseload, and ongoing clinical supervision.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• A minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of ABA strategies, ethics, laws, and acceptable intervention methods.
• Proficient with Office 365 suite and ABA software platforms.
• Ability to meet rigorous job demands including lifting and floor work with children.

Responsibilities

• BCBA will deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide supervision by observing staff and holding team meetings with families.
• Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment, behavior modification, or staff.
