Job summary

t2 group is seeking an Additional Learning Support Tutor to assist apprentices with learning needs, disabilities or barriers to learning. You will implement targeted interventions, document progress and review outcomes to help learners achieve their qualifications.

You will work with tutors, employers and external support agencies to ensure an inclusive learning environment, carry out ALS reviews, and raise safeguarding concerns as required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learners with ALS in apprenticeship or education settings.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with tutors, employers and external bodies.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple learners and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support a caseload of learners assigned by the ALS Manager.
• Conduct regular ALS reviews and document activities for funding claims.
• Communicate learner progress and required adjustments to tutors and ALS Manager.
• Assist in creating inclusive learning environments and workplace adjustments.
• Support training for tutors on ALS best practices.
