Job summary

Long Term Futures is seeking an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with Autism and additional needs in SEN hubs. The role involves providing small group and individual assistance throughout the day, helping with learning, engagement, and emotional regulation, and maintaining clear routines to help pupils feel settled.

The ideal candidate will have experience with ASD and other needs, strong communication, and a reliable, long-term commitment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with ASD and other associated needs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to maintain clear expectations and consistent boundaries.
• Reliable and committed to a long-term placement.
• Previous experience working in schools, care and support or children with learning difficulties would be advantageous.

• Support pupils with Autism and additional needs within SEN hubs.
