Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to join our national behavioral health team. You will provide 1-1 treatment in clients’ homes under the supervision of a BCBA, delivering data-driven behavior plans and reporting progress.

We offer flexible part-time evening/afternoon hours, paid training, and a supportive, team-oriented environment. You’ll help families and children on the autism spectrum while growing with the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior experience with children is preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or developmental delays is preferred, though training will be provided.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations is required.
• Ability to comply with HIPAA and confidentiality policies.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes of the treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and applicable parties.
• Engage with children 2–15 years old, involving physical activity during sessions.
