Job summary

Achievement Behavior Services is a boutique, in-home ABA therapy agency seeking ABA Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with a student in the child’s home environment. You will be supervised by a BCBA as you implement the BIP to improve communication, focus, and adaptive behaviors.

The role emphasizes data collection, progress tracking, and developing personalized interventions. Training and mentorship are provided, with flexible part-time schedules including after-school and potential weekends.

Qualifications

• Background in ABA, psychology, special education, or related fields
• RBT certification and relevant trainings listed
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to adapt under high-stress situations
• Reliable administrative skills: punctuality & responsiveness
• Experience with preschool and elementary children
• Experience with autism and development issues
• NY State requirements applicable to role
• Compassionate, person-centered approaches
• Data collection and progress-tracking aligned with treatment plans

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in home setting.
• Work under BCBA supervision and follow individualized BIP.
• Collect daily data on goals and progress.
• Use data to inform new interventions and goals.
• Collaborate with ABA Professionals Network.
• Support communication, focus, and positive behavior changes.
