Job summary

Achievement Behavior Services in New Jersey provides in-home ABA therapy. We seek ABA Behavioral Technicians to work 1:1 with a student in the home environment under BCBA supervision to implement individualized ABA plans and goals.

You will collect data daily, track progress, and adjust interventions to improve communication, focus, and adaptive behaviors. We offer training, mentorship, and opportunities to earn the RBT credential with flexible part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Must have related fields of study or certifications.
• Experience working with preschool and school-aged children preferred.
• RBT certification and safety training are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA services in the home.
• Collect data and track progress per BIP.
• Collaborate with BCBA supervision to adjust interventions.
• Document progress notes aligned with treatment goals.
