Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking caring and experienced Home and Community Based Therapists to join our growing New York team. Under the direction of the Program Director, HCBT Clinicians will provide services and care to our patients in accordance with NFS’ policies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in home/community settings preferred.
• Clinical licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) and NY Limited Permit required.
• Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach.

Responsibilities

• Provide services and care to patients in clients' homes per agency policies.
• Collaborate with the Program Director and clinical team to support youth behavioral health needs.
• Maintain client records and ensure timely communication with supervisory staff.

Full Time - Starting at $75,000 to $90,000 per year, plus benefits!

Language Differential provided for Spanish, Chinese, Korean,Russianand Hindi!

Full Time employees have the opportunity to earn a $3,000 Stay-on Bonus after successful completion of the probationary period!
or a $5,000 Stay-on Bonus for bilingual English / Spanish speakers!

NFS Home and Community Based Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential. We provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home to treat a youth’s behavioral health needs. We utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote families' strengths!

Home and Community Based Therapist positions require in-person visits to clients' homes.

Compensation

• Starting at $75,000- $90,000 plus per year
• Opportunity to earn up to $3,000 Stay on bonus after first year!

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field required
• Clinical Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) and Limited Permit in the state of NY
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred
• Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach.
• Valid driver’s license
• Some afternoon andevening availability is a plus
• Fluency in English required, bilingual Spanish is a big plus!
• Access to secure internet required.
