Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales or direct to consumer sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with branch team members to oversee and complete all Access installation projects.
• Develop new referral sources and customers through professional presentation to local referral sources and medical personnel.
• Ensure home evaluations are completed and orders are entered in a timely manner; document client intake information.
• Prepare quotes for customers, referral sources and insurance companies; follow up on work orders for timely receipt and delivery.
• Ensure proper customer education regarding equipment use, safety and financial considerations.
• Coordinate with the Technician or Regional Processing Center to prepare equipment for installation or repairs; ensure client satisfaction.
