Qualifications

• MSW or related degree; LMSW preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience in social services; supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of client database systems; comfortable with technology.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers and manages day-to-day operations of the Holocaust Survivor Program.
• Oversees department budget and reports on activities to executive leadership.
• Selects, orients and trains staff; disseminates program information.
• Provides casework and advocacy, coordination of entitlements and services.
• Organizes and leads staff meetings and interdepartmental collaboration.
• Ensures compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
