Job summary

The role oversees day-to-day operations, staff supervision, and program budgeting to deliver high-quality services to clients and the community. The ideal candidate has an MSW or related degree, 3–5 years in social services with supervisory experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• MSW or related degree; LMSW preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience in social services, with supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic familiarity with client databases.
• Strong problem solving, multi-tasking, and sound judgment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong client service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers and manages day-to-day operations of the Holocaust Survivor Program.
• Oversees department budget and ensures services meet standards.
• Supervises staff; assigns cases and workload.
• Maintains client records and supports reporting for grants.
• Provides case management, advocacy, and supportive counseling.
• Organizes meetings and coordinates with funders and community partners.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and mandatory trainings.
