Job summary

Selfhelp Community Services seeks a program administrator to manage the Holocaust Survivor Program's day-to-day operations, oversee budgeting, ensure service provision, and supervise staff to deliver high-quality client support. The role includes casework, reporting, and staff development.

The successful candidate will have an MSW or related degree (LMSW preferred), strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and client databases.

Qualifications

• MSW or related degree required; LMSW preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of client databases.
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Administers and manages day-to-day operations of the program.
• Oversees department budget and reporting to leadership.
• Provides casework/case management and advocacy for clients.
• Supervises and trains staff; assigns cases and responsibilities.
• Tracks data for grant reporting and program metrics.
