Galpin Motors in Hollywood, CA is seeking a Rental Agent for our Studio Rentals location. You will assist customers through the rental process and provide a positive experience with friendly service.

The role requires 2-5 years experience in front desk or cashier roles, a valid driver’s license, and knowledge of California rental laws preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. We offer full benefits after 30 days and a range of employee programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of California Rental Laws preferred.
• 2-5 years experience in cashier/front desk roles or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Proficient computer skills; certification in Office Management is a plus.
• Ability to work as a team and/or independently.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong problem solving and follow up skills.
• Detail oriented and possesses high integrity.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers through the entire rental process.
• Provide a positive customer experience with friendly and courteous service.
• Resolve customer issues via phone, email, or in person.
• Complete physical inventory audits and ensure vehicle condition quality.
• Complete photo condition reports for each rental transaction.
• Work with team members in a fast paced environment.
