Galpin Motors in Hollywood, CA is seeking a Rental Agent for our Hollywood Studio Rentals Location. You will assist customers through the entire rental process and provide a positive, courteous customer experience.

This full-time role offers opportunities to work with a world-class automotive group, competitive hourly pay, and benefits after 30 days, including health, vision, and dental insurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Knowledge of California Rental Laws, preferred.
• 2-5 years experience as a Cashier, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Proficient computer skills; Office Management certification a plus.
• Ability to work as a team and/or independently.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong problem solving and follow up skills.
• Detail oriented and possesses high integrity.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers through the entire rental process.
• Provide a positive customer experience with friendly and courteous service.
• Resolve customer issues via phone, email or in person contact.
• Complete physical inventory audits of vehicles; ensure quality control of vehicle condition.
• Complete photo condition reports on each rental transaction.
• Work in coordination with team members in a fast-paced environment.

Some of What You’ll do:

Assist customers through the entire rentalprocess

Provide a positive customer experience with friendly and courteous customer service

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
